The loop

How it works

  1. Your workflows

You walk us through how requests reach your team today, who handles them and where they stall.

  2. Sandbox walk-through

We follow a real request in a sandbox, from the guest or resident to the dashboard, the staff app and the rating.

  3. Questions

Your team asks about fit, setup, reporting and how TaskLoop sits next to the tools you already use.

  4. Next steps

We agree what happens next, such as a quote, a follow-up with more of your team, or a decision that it is not a fit.

What happens in the demo

A TaskLoop demo is a 30–45 minute video call built around your operation, not a fixed script.

  1. Your workflows first. We ask how requests reach your team today, who assigns them, and how you know a job is finished. A dripping tap in room 412, a broken light in the lift lobby or an AHU filter that is overdue are all good starting points.
  2. A sandbox walk-through. We follow one request through TaskLoop in a sandbox: the guest app or request entry, assignment on the reception and admin dashboard, the job in the staff mobile app with photo proof, escalation if it runs late, and the rating at the end.
  3. Reports. We show where completion rates, response and completion times, staff performance and guest ratings appear, and what they would tell you about your operation.
  4. Next steps. We agree what comes next. That might be a quote, a second session with more of your team, or a clear “this is not the right fit”.

Who should attend

Bring the people who live with the problem, and one person who can make a decision.

  • Hotels and resorts: the front-office manager, the executive housekeeper and the chief engineer, plus the general manager or operations director.
  • Residential and commercial buildings: the building manager or community manager, the facility manager and the maintenance lead.
  • Facility management companies and other frontline teams: the operations manager and a supervisor who assigns work every day.

One person is fine for a first look. More of the team means fewer follow-up calls.

After you submit the form

We read your request, prepare the call around what you told us, and reply to propose a time. If you would rather ask a question first, use the contact page.

Questions people ask

Is the demo free?

Yes. The demo is free and there is no obligation to buy. It is a working session on your workflows, not a slide presentation. Pricing is quote-based, so the demo is also how we learn enough about your property or team size and needs to prepare an accurate quote afterwards.

How long does the demo take?

Plan for 30 to 45 minutes. Smaller teams with one workflow to discuss usually finish closer to 30 minutes. If several departments join, or you want to compare housekeeping, maintenance and guest requests side by side, allow the full 45 minutes so there is time for questions at the end.

Do we need to prepare anything?

Nothing formal. It helps to know how requests reach your team today, for example phone calls, a logbook, a group chat or a PMS note, and one or two recent jobs that went wrong. Real examples make the sandbox walk-through far more useful than a generic tour of screens.

Will you show TaskLoop with our PMS?

TaskLoop works alongside property management systems such as Oracle OPERA, Cloudbeds and Mews. The PMS keeps reservations and billing, and TaskLoop runs operational tasks. In the demo we discuss how your team would use both day to day. We do not claim a direct integration with any PMS.
