Scope
This policy applies to the TaskLoop marketing website: the pages, the demo request form and the contact form. It does not cover data processed inside the TaskLoop product for customers. That is governed by the agreement between RozaMoon LLC and each customer.
What we collect and why
We collect only the data we need to answer you and to keep the website running and secure.

Phone and message are optional on the forms. Please do not send sensitive information, such as health data, through the forms.
Demo and contact forms
When you submit a form, your details are sent to our team by email and stored on our server so that a request is not lost if email delivery fails. We use them only to respond to you and, if you agree to continue, to prepare a demo or quote. We do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list without your consent.
To protect the forms from spam, we use checks that do not require you to solve a puzzle. These may briefly process your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information about each request. We use these logs to keep the site available and secure, not to build profiles of visitors.
Analytics
We use self-hosted analytics that do not set cookies and do not track you across other websites. The data stays on infrastructure we control and is not shared with advertising networks. See the cookie policy for details.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only where needed to run the website and answer you:
- Our hosting and email delivery providers, who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Information on where website data is hosted and the safeguards used for transfers outside your country, such as standard contractual clauses, will be added here.
How long we keep data
Form submissions are kept for as long as we are in contact with you, and then for a limited period before deletion unless you become a customer. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct inaccurate data
- ask us to delete your data
- restrict or object to our processing, including processing based on legitimate interests
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- complain to your local data protection authority

Security
We protect the website with HTTPS and collect as little data as possible. See the security page for more.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
